In 2012 Kimberly Graham (an SJR volunteer) began developing lessons for our Primary Elementary children. Since then God’s Big Story has grown and developed into a full 10 year curriculum by the children’s ministry volunteers at SJR and staff at St John’s Vancouver. This curriculum is now being implemented in churches throughout ANiC and ACNA and other churches throughout the world.
To review or access the curriculum, visit the GBS homepage on our Anglican Network in Canada website. The curriculum is being made freely available to churches throughout the world.
Some of the God's Big Story lessons from Year D and also the Good Shepherd have been recorded as audio files, with music, story telling, and responses. They are a superb way to listen to the teaching of GBS at home with children. They can also be used a bed-time stories.
