Latest sermon:
Jesus enters Jerusalem triuphantly on Palm Sunday but his greatest triumph, which looks like his greatest defeat, lies at the cross. Mark reveals that his death is substitution and judgment. Judgment of old Israel, and subsitutionary bearer of God's wrath, on our behalf. God's justice and God's love are both demonstrated on the cross. There is no other way to access God except through the cross of His Son, King Jesus.
