At the end of Exodus, a major milestone is reached: God in His glory comes down to dwell in the midst of his people. The tabernacle, or tent, is mobile, and it is a place of meeting, and a suitable place to host holiness. Today, we benefit from the fulfilment of the tabernacle in Jesus Christ, where people and God meet.
