Why is it so hard sometimes to live the Christian life and trust the promises of Christ? Because the devil wants to cut our connection with Jesus and all the blessings we have in him. But we don't fight to gain Christ, we already are in Christ, in heaven! We battle with a crafty, scheming enemy who is already defeated and will be destroyed. God's armour is optimized for the enemy's attacks. Our part is to put on the armour, pray, and proclaim.
