The church is God's supernatural creation, the result of the new exodus in Christ, and the gift of the Holy Spirit. Three features distinguish the church of God from other communities: devotion to the apostles teaching, the fellowship, and witness. Danger: that we aim at these three and not Jesus Christ who has purchased us by his blood.
